Job Description

Are you an energetic and hands on person Do you enjoy staying active Are you looking for career development Then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!Our client in the Aldridge area is looking for an Installation Team Member to join their team in the Aldridge area due to continued business growth.Benefits:

  • Salary - £23,000 to £25,000 per annum DOE
  • Dependant on night out frequency, potential earnings up to £30,000 per annum
  • £20 per night, Night out allowance
  • Hours - Monday to Friday - 40hrs per week.
  • Overtime.
  • 28 Days holiday (Inclusive of Bank Holidays)

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Installation of pallet racking systems in warehouses and storage facilities.
  • Adhere to blueprints, technical drawings, and safety guidelines.
  • Work as part of an installation team to ensure punctual project completion.
  • Perform quality checks throughout the installation process.
  • Maintain accurate records completed installation work.
  • Be able to work away for up to one week (Accommodation is paid for)
Requirements:
  • Able to safely lift racking from 10kg to 20kg.
  • Some experience using hand tools or power tools.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Health and safety conscious.
