Job Description

Are you an experienced supervisor Or ready for your next career move Have you got experience with racking systems Are you a natural people person Then this role could be for you!Our client in the Aldridge area is looking for an Racking Installation Supervisor to join their team in the Aldridge area due to continued business growth.Benefits:

  • Salary - £25,000 to £31,000 per annum DOE
  • Dependant on night out frequency, potential earnings up to £36,000 per annum
  • £20 per night, Night out allowance
  • Hours - Monday to Friday - 40hrs per week.
  • Overtime.
  • 28 Days holiday (Inclusive of Bank Holidays)

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Manage the installation of pallet racking systems.
  • Ensure Health & Safety is adhered to within your team.
  • Ensure installations are completed to a high standard and client specifications.
  • Communicate with head office and clients of any onsite issues and support in providing solutions.
  • Provide training to staff, promoting a positive culture and career development.
  • Work alongside your team to install racking systems.
  • Ensure safety protocols are adhered to when your team are completing installations.
  • Be able to work away for up to one week (Accommodation is paid for)
Requirements:
  • Previous experience within a similar role.
  • Able to safely lift racking from 10kg to 20kg.
  • Technical knowledge of racking systems.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Clean, Full UK Driving Licence.
