This permanent position offers a competitive salaryof up to £55k per annum, along with the flexibility of hybrid working arrangements.Position: Finance AnalystLocation: WalsallSalary: Up to £55,000 per annumAbout the Role: As a Finance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting financial decision-making processes within the organisation. Working closely with senior management, you will utilise your analytical skills to provide insights,forecasts, and recommendations to drive business growth and profitability. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact while advancing your career in finance.Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.
  • Assist in budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between finance and other departments.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes affecting financial operations.
Requirements:
  • Newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
