Job Description

Starting Point Recruitmentare looking for an experienced Administrator to join the team within our Family contact contract.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy team based within Walsall, providing additional admistration capacity to the service.Working under the Family contact manager your role will vary from dealing with general administration , organisation and booking our pool of contact workers.In this new role you will be the first point of contact for interal and extenral queries and escualte these when needed to the family contact manager.Job Purpose

  • To manage the relationship between Councils /Business client and Starting point recruitment
  • To report to the Family Contact manager on activity within the service.
  • To handle initial queries and escalate to their Family contact manager when needed.
  • Obtain survey feedback from candidates and clients
  • Support the running of the family contact service in times of annual leave.
  • Contribute to the expansion of the family contact contract
Professional Responsibilities
  1. To develop, maintain and administer a temporary/permanent worker register.
  1. To manage the recruitment process of candidates in its entirely from working with colleagues/customers to define the customers needs through from application, interview to selection and induction.
  1. To liaise with the Family contact managerto promote the company to attract candidates, resource candidates and communicate with customers.
  1. To provide support, advice and guidance tocandidates on all aspects of recruitment, prior, during and post assignment.
  1. To monitor and feedback on market trends to the Teamleader.
  1. To produce and present written and verbal reports on the companys performance against key performance indicators and any other such additional information required by the business for monitoring purposes making recommendations where necessary.
  1. To support consultants in providing aftercare to candidates within the directorate.
  1. To monitor the on-call phone out of hours.
  • Undertake other such duties as requested which are reasonable and appropriate to the role.
The closing date of this job will be the 6th of March with interviews taking place the W/C 7th of April.
