Job Description

Employment Coach (working remotely)SPR are currently recruiting for an Employment Coach (working remotely)to join our Jets team.If youre passionate about customer service and want a rewarding career that makes a real difference to peoples lives, this an ideal opportunity for you.Employment Coach Details:

  • Salary: £24,000 per annum
  • Contracted Hours: 37 hours per week (9am - 5pm)
  • Location: Remote Working
Duties:
  • Delivering pre made and pre written training courses remotely via teams
  • Developing the skills of participants through teaching and direction
  • Assist those in need of help developing employability
  • Administration and data entry
Requirements:
  • Confidence speaking to groups
  • Confident delivering 1 to 1 learning courses
  • Enthusiasm to work with people in need of your help
  • Openness to understanding the needs of those you work with
  • Communication Skills
As an employment coach your role will be varied and rewarding.
