As an Employer Engagement Officer, youll play a pivotal role inproactively creating and building partnerships with local employers, contributing to the success of our employability program.What We Offer:Salary: Earn up to £32k, dependant on experienceWorking Hours: 37-hour workweek.Location: The role will cover Walsall, West Bromwich and the Black Country region as and when requiredKey Responsibilities

  • Take charge of identifying sustainable employment opportunities, including vacancies and job-focused work placements, to meet the diverse needs and aspirations of our clients.
  • Develop and strengthen existing local employer relationships, ensuring a continuous flow of employment opportunities aligned with client aspirations and growth sectors.
  • Manage a caseload of participants, proactively addressing their barriers to re-engagement through regular contact and support.
  • Work closely with the operations team network, conducting skills analysis and directing efforts towards opportunities that align with participant aspirations.
  • Collaborate with Job Coaches to explore all avenues of communication and re-engagement with participants.
  • Ensure participant files adhere to our customer service standards and meet contractual requirements, maintaining effective and efficient administrative processes.
  • Keep participant details updated on the relevant case management system, completing all necessary administration in line with contractual and quality compliance requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong collaborative working relationships with external stakeholders, including Job Centres and supply chain partners.
