Job Description

Corporate Administrator Are you looking for a brand-new challenge We have a fantastic permanent opportunity for a Full-Time hybrid Corporate Sales Administrator based in Walsall, working Monday to Friday 9.00 - 5.00pm with 2/3 days in the office.This is a great opportunity to further your career and develop your expertise by supporting a team of three senior managers, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, able tomanage multiple tasks, and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving.Reporting to the Corporate Sales Director duties shall include but not be restricted to:

  • Prepare accurate and timely weekly and monthly reports to support sales activities.
  • Assist with diary scheduling, including coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Handle hotel bookings and travel arrangements for team members
  • Oversee the ordering and management of marketing merchandise from existing suppliers.
  • Create impactful presentations to support sales and marketing efforts
  • Maintain and organize essential documentation for easy access and reference
  • Engage with our audience by creating and posting content on various social media platforms.
  • Assist in the development and production of marketing materials
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the teams operations.
What skills / Qualifications do I need
  • Prior experience in a compliance position preferred
  • Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
  • Self-motivated with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • A commitment to grow and develop a career in Compliance including the desire to complete qualifications in Med Risk Waste Management Competence.
  • Strong interpersonal and written skills.
  • Capable of building positive effective working relationships effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Ethical and trustworthy, with a high level of integrity when handling sensitive compliance information.
