Job Description

Business Support AdministratorWe are recruiting for a Business Support Administrator to work in Walsall. In this role you will be supporting business development and sales. Due to COVID-19 this role will initially commence working from home. However once restrictions are relaxed, the role will be based at their COVID secure Head Office in Walsall.As a Business Support Administrator, you will need to have/be:

  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • GCSE Grade C or above, or equivalent qualification, in English & Maths
  • Intermediate Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint experience- Essential
  • Highly competent administrator
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and organise workload
  • Ability to use your own initiative to ensure work is completed professionally & within deadlines required
  • Ability to work in a busy and fast moving environment
  • Ability to work with Tenders/Pre-Qualification Questionnaires
  • Capable of dealing with clients and Managers/Directors
  • Details:
  • Salary: £21,000.00 per annum (DOE)
  • Working Hours: Monday-Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm
  • Location: Walsall
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Role of a Business Support Administrator:
  • To complete management Information and service reviews using Excel and PowerPoint to visualise and present onsite data
  • Support the Business Development Managers in the completion of pre-qualification questionnaires, tenders, presentations and proposals
  • To ensure that all tenders and proposals are delivered within the deadline and within the specification required
  • Process DBS vetting when required
  • Monitoring and responding to information email queries
  • To provide support to the business development functions when necessary, provide support to other members of the team in the compilation of management information and provision of service reviews for key clients
  • To complete any other administration duties as required, i.e. compiling proposals, compiling general information, typing, mail merging documents, photocopying, filing, stationery orders
  • To carry out any additional duties that they may reasonably be expected to perform
