Empowering Learning are looking for a Primary or Secondary Teaching Assistant to support in SEND schools in the Walsall area. The candidate will be supported learners with need varying needs such as ASC, ADHD, PMLD and other additional needs.Experience working in a school setting is not essential, just a natural affinity with children and a willingness to learn and adapt.The ideal candidate will- Have experience working with young people.- Be highly organised with excellent communication skills.- Have a desire to work with, inspire and support children.- Have well developed behaviour management skills and techniques.- Have experience supporting children with additional needs.- Have knowledge of Makatorn, Team Teach or Positive Behaviour Reinforcement Strategies.
