Job Title: Asbestos Office Manager. Location: Walsall, West Midlands. Salary / Benefits £25k - £35k + Company bonus + Benefits.Level of Experience: Asbestos Administrator through to Asbestos Office manager. A highly regarded Asbestos Consultancy who specialise in Asbestos Surveying are now seeking an Asbestos Office Manager to join their established sales office in the West Midlands region. You will be responsible for overseeing a busy office of sales administrators.The role would suit a candidate with excellent customer facing skills, able to work well under pressure, and will ideally have a background in the Asbestos industry in an office setting. You will be ensuring all work is carried out efficiently and in a timelymanner, alongside providing continuous support to the companys senior management, scheduling work for surveyors and organising workload in line with company needs. Consideration will be given to candidates from: Wolverhampton, Wednesbury, Dudley, Aldridge, Halesowen, Stourbridge, Birmingham, Cannock, Kidderminster, West Bromwich, Lichfield.Experience & Qualifications: " Will come from an office management / administration background, ideally within the Asbestos industry. " Excellent knowledge of TEAMS systems. " Will have good customer facing skills, able to always polite and professional. " Must be able to work well under pressure. " Will have excellent organisational skills." Able to work well independently and as a team. The Role:" Overseeing a team of administrators ensuring smooth running of the office." Providing continuous support to senior management. " Entering new jobs / information to internal databases. " Using TEAMS systems to book samples to the laboratories. " Booking in appointments with clients for senior management. " Scheduling in work for surveyors. " Using CRM systems to enter sales leads. " Producing asbestos reports and emailing to customers in a timely manner. " Generating quotes for clients. " Producing invoices and raising purchase orders. " Liaising directly with customers, ensuring issues are dealt with efficiently. " Organising workload efficiently.
