Summary As the first point of contact for visitors arriving at Wallington, you’ll provide a warm, friendly welcome, give information about the property, process transactions, answer questions and make sure everyone has an enjoyable and memorable visit.Salary:11.50 per hourContract/duration:This is a fixed term role until 31 December 2024, with potential to become permanent.Hours/working pattern:This role is based on a flexible amount of working hours, and you’ll be paid monthly for any hours worked. This amount will therefore not be a fixed sum. As a guide we estimate around 500 hours per annumas you willcover holidays and support at busy periods. For this role, youll work regular weekends and Bank Holidays.Interviews will be held w/c 25th April What its like to work here Reporting to the Welcome Manager, you’ll be part of a team of 8 people who ensure that all visitors arriving at Wallington are given everything they need to enjoy their day. What youll be doing Day to day, you’ll deliver a great all-round customer service experience. We operate an in-car driveway arrival point. You’ll be involved in processing transactions in allweathers and sometimes with large numbers of cars arriving at the property. You’llneed good stamina and the ability to adapt quickly to changing visitor flow.You’ll be on hand answering queries and listening to what our visitors need so you can share the right information.Great visitor experiences are what drives us, and we believe in welcoming everyone, ensuring they feel appreciated and more engaged with our work because of the excellent service you provide.This role would suit anyone with a passion for people and excellentservice and in return we provide a beautiful place to work surrounded by nature and history.
