Summary Wallington has a historical house that sits in the rolling hills, woodlands of its 13,500-acre estate. The hidden walled garden, nestled in the woods remains a beautiful haven whatever the season. The Hours: 1750 hours per year - This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year. Working on average 5 days a week in the Summer and4 days a week in the Winter. What youll be doing You’ll enjoy preparing food from scratch using fresh/seasonal ingredients and will be confident with creating bakes,making, soups, stews, sausage rolls and preparing & presenting food to order served directly to the customers over busy lunchtime periods.You will receive a bespoke induction, allergen/food safety training and the coaching required to fulfil in role.
