Our let estate is based around 4 key and distinct areas. Hadrians Wall, one of themost recognisable and photographed landscapes in Britain. Wallington is set in the middle of Northumberland, one of the great estates of the north, owned by a single family, loved, and embellished by succeeding owners for nine generations. Cragside is renowned as the first house in the world to be lit by hydroelectricity,with all its incredible innovations, can claim to be the house where modern living began. With cottages on Holy Island and at Low Newton by the Sea, this role offers an insight into the different vernacular architectural techniques spanning the entire county. What youll be doing Working as part of a team youll carry out high quality repairs, maintenance and refurbishments to our properties across the let estate. Youll know what methods and materials are needed to carry out the task in hand and will strive touse resources effectively. Youll be proactive in your approach to risk management and ensure risk assessments are undertaken and all work is compliant with the relevant legislation and policies.
