Service Designer Cardiff or St Asaph (with hybrid working)The CompanyAt Social Care Wales, we provide leadership and expertise in social care and early years in Wales.Our vision is to make a positive difference to care and support for children, adults and their families and carers.To do this, we lead on developing and regulating the social care workforce, service improvement, data and research to improve care.The Digital Team is a new team within our organisation that will support the implementation of our brand new, digital strategy.We are now looking for a Service Designer to join our brand-new digital team on a full-time, permanent basis.The Benefits- Salary of £41,122 - £46,194 per annum- 28 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with length of service)- Extra days off between Christmas and New Year- Local government pension scheme- Flexi work policy- Hybrid working- Family leave policyThe RoleAs a Service Designer, you will oversee the end-to-end journey of services to the social care and early years workforce in Wales.Directing, leading and providing service design leadership on projects, you will meet user and business needs through analysis and interpretation.You will manage the creation of, or change to, transactions, products and services across digital and offline channels.
