Job title: Fractional Finance DirectorPackage: £600-£700 per dayLocation: Predominately remoteReporting to: MDJob type: Part time contractThe ClientOur client is an exciting high growth construction SME based in South Wales and the West Midlands.They are seeking an experienced finance professional to play a pivotal role in transforming the finance department and creating a solid platform for their future growth.Fractional Finance Director -The RoleAs a hands-on Fractional Finance Director, you will be a confident communicator and have gravitas when presenting financial data.Technically astute and flexible, you will support the MD and the Senior Leadership Team in providing timely and accurate financial information to assist with decision making.The Successful ApplicantYou will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) who has the ability to influence stakeholders.Ideally you will demonstrate:

Previous experience of working in the construction industry;
Excellent data analysis and Excel skills;
Ability to create different scenario finance models to assist decision making;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Strong commercial acumen;
Working knowledge of Xero;
Experience of the Social Housing sector desirable;
A pragmatic, self-motivated and proactive mindset.
