Senior Litigation Solicitor South Wales – Full Time – Permanent – £49,498 - £52,750 Comprehensive range of benefits and a flexible working policyAn opportunity has arisen for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to lead the in-house litigation team of a progressive, forward-thinking Council in South Wales.The post would be ideally suited to a solicitor with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, a positive and proactive attitude, and a willingness to embrace change and develop new skills as required. Prior management experience is desired butby no means essential.As Senior Litigation Solicitor, you will lead a busy but friendly litigation team and manage a varied and stimulating litigation caseload. The team deals with a broad range of legal matters including civil litigation, criminal litigation, judicial and statutoryreview, employment law, housing law, environmental law, social care law or planning enforcement.The Council has a flexible working policy and allows for hybrid working. Some onsite presence is required for attendance at Court and face-to-face meetings otherwise the position can be worked remotely. Whilst this is a full-time position, the Council willconsider flexible and part-time working arrangements for the right candidate.Duties:
