We are now looking for a Project Management Officer to join our Strategy and Performance team on a permanent basis. 36 hours a week full time available, but open to flexibility.The Benefits - Salary of £32,458 - £34,318 per annum- 28 days’ holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with length of service)- Extra days off between Christmas and New Year- Local government pension scheme- Flexi work policy- Hybrid working- Family leave policyThe Role As a Project Management Officer, you will lead the delivery of a range of organisational projects of varying size and complexity. Monitoring project progress and milestones, you’ll identify and escalate issues, developing tools and techniques to support project management and ensuring the delivery of outcomes on time and within budget. You’ll build relationships with Senior Responsible Officers, Project Teams and other stakeholders and suppliers, helping to deliver specific projects to the highest possible standards. About YouTo be considered as a Project Management Officer, you will need:- Fluency in Welsh- Experience of managing projects to deliver improvement- Experience of project reporting - Experience of co-ordinating information from a number of sources and maintaining appropriate records- Knowledge of project management principles and techniques- Good written and verbal communication skills - IT proficiency- A degree or an equivalent qualification or experienceThe closing date for this role is the 27th July 2023.
