Job Description

Our Client is a very well established and superbly refurbished hotel & restaurant, close to a prestige and historical Georgian town. The setting is rural which benefits the guests with peaceful space in beautiful surroundings.To manage the daily duties the role entails, be focussed, astute and ensure that the bar and restaurant facilities run smoothly. You have both creative flair and obviously a passion for exceptional customer service.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Youll be a passionate people centric individual, wanting to give the very best opeing experience for every guest in every situation. Youll have high standards when it comes to guest experience, understand brand standards and youll take ownership and pridein your work.You will never falter on striving for exceptional quality and standards. Youll have a love for delivering amazing experiences as well as inspiring and engaging your peers to do the same.Youll be enthusiastic and enjoy being busy, innovative and have high expectations of yourself and others. Youll demonstrate your passion by bringing new ideas to the table, delivering on your promises and inspiring those around you.Experience:The ideal candidate will have experience of customer service, hospitality and guest services. Although attitude and apptitude are just as important if you have limited experience.

  • The ability to work on their own initiative, as well as being capable of working as part of a diverse and high performing team
  • A warm, friendly and approachable personality when dealing with fellow staff and guests
