An Uppingham house is very much an extended home. Each boarding house aims to represent a full spectrum of the personalities, characters and talentfound across the school. A matron seeks to bring out the best in each pupil and ensure that they are treated as an individual within the boarding house.The role also requires confidence with IT-based admin and strong communication skills in order to successfully deliver pastoral care to our pupils.If you enjoy working as part of a team and can combine efficiency with friendliness and a genuine care for the welfare of our pupils, we would be delighted to hear from you.
