Job Description

Production Maintenance Planner - South East Birmingham - PermanentOur client is currently recruiting for a Production Planner to support the Production Planning Manager to ensure the effective service, maintenance and repair activities are planned efficiently. You will be involved in planning the production of a shiftby shift based detailed work plan to encompass all work required to deliver the specified outputs. Creating detailed work plans that match the required tasks to available resources.What you will be doing;

Assessment of available resources to include people, materials and facilities to ensure the emerging depot work plan is deliverable.
You will coordinate the control of the cycling of units to ensure the correct returns to the depot are in accordance with the work plans
Provide information to support customer requests for new or additional work
Coordinate unit movements to the depot for heavy maintenance by customers or their agents.
Updating and creating plans through Excel.

Strong experience in a maintenance environment to include processes and procedures
Excellent skills with Production planning
Good computer literacy to include Excel and planning tools
Excellent communication skills

The role is offered on a Permanent Basis working days Monday to Friday (7am to 4pm) Salary offered is £36,000.
