Job Description

Fleet Training apprenticeship Coordinator - South East Birmingham - PermanentOur client is currently recruiting for a Fleet Training Coordinator to help support the development and management of the internal apprenticeship programme.Working closely with the Training provider and Training Manager you will harness the benefits of the apprenticeship programme and create opportunities to develop a well trained and efficient workforce.What you will be doing:

  • You will review training and development needs of the apprentices and support them throughout their programme
  • Be the central point of contact for the apprentices and attend reviews with team leaders and trainers as required
  • Liaise with the college assessment teams
  • Manage the attendance, recruitment, pay increases for the apprentices
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure maximum development opportunities
  • Regularly provide feedback/feed forward for the apprentices, management and internal comms
  • Support with the annual recruitment process for apprentices
  • Generate and prepare relevant reports to the business and establish key performance indicators to measure progress and performance.

  • Experience of managing relationships within an organisation, whether this is through training, apprenticeships, or other business related projects
  • Strong and effective interpersonal skills
  • Able to mentor and coach the apprentices
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Good IT literacy to include Excel.
They are offering salary circa £28,000 - £30,000 plus benefits, with the opportunity for the role to be Hybrid (2 days from home) and also flexible working options.
