Analyse current processes using CI/lean tools, to improve overall performance.
Ensure that the required quality, time frames, and costings are adhered to.
Identify the reasons behind scrap and drive corrective/preventative actions.
Work closely with manufacturing teams to identify areas of improvement.
Review the KPI systems and seek to improve their ability to maintain company operations.
Train staff in Six Sigma tools and techniques.
Liaise with maintenance staff on the commissioning of new plant innovations.
Plan and implement strategies to help the business reach its project goals.

Process Engineer desirable skills and experience -

Experience within a similar position (Production Engineer etc.).
Manufacturing engineering education (could be HND/HNC/Automotive/Aerospace).
Ability to demonstrate the use of tools such as FMEA, VSM, Control Plan, and CPK.
