Our client is a leading supplier of software to the online gambling and social gaming industries with their global head office in the northeast. They power some of the biggest brands globally, working in regulated markets and processing hundreds of millionsof transactions per month.They are looking to recruit a passionate and enthusiastic Risk Officer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will work with their global team to ensure corporate requirements are identified and met on an ongoing basis and that risks, togetherwith associated risk registers, are actively tracked and managed. What youll be doing * Working with business functions to identify corporate and contractual requirements, ensuring appropriate controls are implemented* Working with business functions to ensure their understanding of a risk management culture and Bedes risk management framework * Supporting business functions in ensuring their risk registers continue to be dynamic and live documents* Creating and delivering training, supporting the education and engagement of the wider team* Working with business areas to ensure identified non-conformities are addressed within agreed timescales.What they are looking for* An excellent understanding of risk management frameworks.* A personable approach, with a focus on coaching and engaging stakeholders.* An understanding of GRC systems and how risk supports the wider GRC environment.* Experience in implementing and working with Management Systems (E.g.
