Working closely with your team members, well expect you to build good relationships with residents, championing their safety and well-being. Youll also act as Named Nurse for your own portfolio of service users. As an NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD), youll have good knowledge of care planning and clinical compliance. Where youll work At Armstrong House care home in Gateshead we deliver expert care for older people in comfortable surroundings. Our care home in Bensham near Gateshead is a modern, purpose-built home staffed by a friendly and compassionate team who provide exceptional residential and nursing care for older people, including those with Alzheimers and other forms of dementia. Our residential dementia unit at Armstrong House is highly regarded by care professionals and our carers take specific dementia training designed by Care UKs own in-house experts. This gives our carers an enhanced insight into the challenges faced by people living with this condition, helping them to deliver even better care and support.
