Inbound Call Handlers- No Sales RolePermanent - Weekly PayCardiffFull & Part time Hours£9.75 per hour to £11.25 per hour dependent on shift patternSmart Solutions are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a leading private hire company who have opportunities for Inbound Call Handlers to join them on a permanent basis. We are recruiting for full and part time positionsThis is a Customer Service based position and does not involve salesKey Duties Include:

• Responding promptly and courteously to telephone bookings to all customers, capturing accurate information in a timely manner.
• Delivering an excellent service whilst meeting and exceeding company targets to drive customer satisfaction.
• Processing all bookings and communicating efficiently and accurately using the relevant booking system.
• Accurate and efficient processing of cash, card and account bookings in accordance with company procedures.
• Excellent communication with customers and colleagues over the phone or in person.
• Identifying and reporting customer complaints, escalating to the appropriate senior team member.
• Ensuring that customer information is safeguarded, in line with the relevant regulations which includes acting in accordance with GDPR at all times.

• Previous telephony experience essential
• Ability to capture information accurately
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary & Hours

• Basic £9.75 per hour
• Friday night / Saturday day/ Sunday day£10.25 per hour
• Saturday night / Sunday day £11.25 per hour
• Weekday nights (Monday -Thurs) between 6pm-6am
• Weekend days (Saturday & Sunday) Between 6am - 6pm
• Weekend nights (Friday, Sat & Sun) between 6pm-6am

Permanent contracts - Minimum 16 weekly hours, maximum 40 weekly contracted hours available.Hours are available on weeknights (MondayThurs between 6pm to 6am), weekend days (Sat & Sun between 6am6pm), weekend nights (Fri, Sat & sun between 6pm6am)allCandidates must be available to work at least one shift on a weekend per month. (Weekend definition is Friday night from 6pm onwards through to Monday morning 6am.)Our client operates 24 hours per day and provide a vital service to many people in our local communities, they are often considered as the 4themergency service, therefore attendance reliability & passion for customer service is vital.
