With over 60% of our staff being diagnosed autistic we have a unique insight into the condition and take this throughout our approach to all things autism, including our training packages which are developed in collaboration with our autistic staff. The Employment Programme is one of our projects in which we provide training to autistic adults through local Job Centres across Wales. The aim of this course is to inform and upskill participants and in doing so, help them move closer to employment. We also provide a variety of bespoke autism related training packages and individual sessions to a wide range of businesses, services and employers.
