Job Description

Senior Assessment OfficerHybrid working - £30,5001 stage interviewexcellent pension schemeflexible workingYolk Recruitment Public Sector and not for Profit are currently working with an established higher education organisation to find a Senior Assessment Officer to join their busy, fast working and dynamic department.This role is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who has experience managing a large and busy team and someone who is used to working quickly and efficiently.This role is initially a temporary role but will be made permanent if the candidate shows their capability in the role. This role is a hybrid role and offices are based in Pontypridd.What you will be doing as a Senior Assessment Officer:

  • Delivering operational plans on a daily and weekly basis
  • Be a point of contact for all members of staff and offer guidance, advice and support when needed
  • Liaise with other teams and staff members to ensure effective planning and time management of tasks
What you need to be a Senior Assessment Officer:
  • Previous management experience
  • Administration backgroundmin 3 years
  • Experience in conducting 1-2-1s and feedback to members of staff
