Job Description

Ref: 905 Job Title: Collections Specialist (Temporary)Salary: £9.50Location: Treforest Duration: 5-6 weeks (potentially longer)Role:

  • You will be making a mixture of inbound and outbound calls for early stage collections coving any debt that is 0-30 days old
  • You will be dealing with cancelled direct debits, set up new direct debit, taking payments, chasing customers, taking a promise to pay, recalculating payments
  • You will be dealing with approx 40 calls per day
  • General administration
  • After initial training of 2 or 3 weeks, this will be a hybrid role, based half in the office and half at home
Key Skills:
  • Communication
  • Previous collections (preferable but not essential)
  • Listening skills
  • Working to targets
  • Self motivated (need to work to targets)
  • Be able to adapt to customers needs
  • Resilience
