Thats why they’re committed to investing in top talent who can transform raw data into actionable strategies.The key duties of this role Data Insights Lead (Salesforce) are as follows:

Be the charity’s Salesforce subject matter expert, responding to organisation wide data requests and queries and acting as the key point of escalation for systems related issues.
Conduct regular training sessions with all system users and be responsible for setting up new starters.
Have critical input into the production of quarterly KPI reports for the board.
Take the lead in the production of monthly service analysis reports and provide actionable infights to inform initiatives.
Leading the development and execution of data strategies to drive fundraising effectiveness and efficiency.
Leveraging Salesforce and other CRM platforms to track and analyse campaign performance and donor and beneficiary interactions.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Data Insights professional with a Salesforce specialism who is excited at the prospect of taking on a newly created role and shaping the future architecture of data reporting and insights management. Furthermore,the role offers a flexible part-time opportunity of 28 hours across a week, with only two days required to be from the London-based office, with the rest from home.The successful candidate will have:

Extensive experience in data analytics, with a strong background in Salesforce and other CRM systems.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to a variety of teams and senior leadership.
A strategic mindset and the ability to think creatively about data challenges and opportunities.
Ideally, a background working in the charity sector within a fundraising setting, but this is by no means essential.
