Job Description

Would you describe yourself as an experienced Transactional Finance professional Are you looking to join an innovative and rapidly growing organisation Are you keen to step into the revolutionary world of environmental research If so, look no further!Robertson Bell are supporting this organisation to recruit an Interim General Ledger Clerk on an initial three-month contract, which has a high possibility for extension or even permanent employment. This organisation operates on an office based workingpattern based in Central London, for a minimum of four weeks, to then be reduced to three days after the training period has been completed.The successful Interim Transactional Coordinators repsonabsilties include:

  • Maintaining the shared finance inbox, answering queries, and raising escalations.
  • Processing invoices and generating purchase orders.
  • Reconciling the bank accounts and balance sheets.
  • Supporting the Senior Financial Officers with ad hoc projects, for examples accruals, prepayments and posting journals.
The successful Interim Transactional Coordinator will have:
  • Strong experience working in similar transactional role, having raised purchase orders and processed a high volume of invoices.
  • Experience using numerous CRM systems and Excel in previous roles (VLOOKUPs, formulas and pivot tables).
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
