Job Description

SMALL CLAIMS ADMINISTRATOR WANTED!We are seeking an exceptionally organised and customer-focused individual to join a highly reputable Tonbridge based company as a Small Claims Administrator.This is a new and exciting position, which will see the successful applicant managing the small claims process from start to finish, including processing claims, communicating with clients, and organising documentation.They are a dedicated and collaborative workforce that support one another and also encourage professional development and progression. A role not to be missed!Responsibilities:

  • Effectively managing incoming emails, ensuring they are correctly allocated to the relevant claims.
  • Manually logging claims on to the claims system in an accurate, timely manner.
  • Thoroughly checking supplier reports to ensure that they match
  • Providing exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client queries and concerns.
  • Updating clients information, including details, images, paperwork, and forms submitted.
  • Ability to handle Live Chats and Portal Messages while maintaining a professional demeanour.
  • Excellent written communication skills to effectively convey information and respond to inquiries.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service to clients by providing timely and accurate information.
  • Demonstrating excellent IT skills to efficiently manage claims and related tasks.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be highly organised, and possess strong attention to detail.
