The Dispute Resolution department specialises in a wide range of areas, includingCommercial contracts disputes, Director disputes, Property Litigation, Contested probate, and Insolvency Litigation - both corporate and commercial. As a Dispute Resolution Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse caseload and your responsibilitieswill include handling complex disputes, providing legal advice and strategies, conducting negotiations, and ensuring the highest standards of legal service delivery.
