THE ROLE: We are recruiting for a motivated and well-organised Junior Print Operator to join a specialist manufacturer that produces high-quality products. This is initially a temporary role, starting immediately with the view to becomepermanent after 12 weeks of temping. No print experience is required for this role as full training will be given.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prepare and operate a flexographic print press
  • Mixing and controlling ink flow
  • Trouble shooting of print issues
  • Ensuring quality of final print
  • General up-keep of workstation
KEY SKILLS:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Experience working within a manufacturing environment would be desirable however not essential
  • Good IT skills with the ability to learn new skills quickly
  • Great problem solver
