Job Description

Basic salary £55k | Company Car | Discretionary Annual BonusOur client, an innovative and driven company, within the industrial sector, requires a Sales Manager to oversee its distribution network and drive sales growth globally.This role will be based in Tiverton, and you must have the willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.Sales Manager responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies
  • Drive sales growth
  • Develop and execute effective sales plans, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Provide training, support, and resources to distributors
  • Analyse sales data and performance metrics
Sales Manager requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in a global distribution environment
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
