Job Description

Location: Home Based but to attend Tiverton Resource Centre as requiredContract Type: Temporary (Anticipated end date January 2025)Job Type: Part time, 16-20 hours per weekSalary: £20,157 - £22,242 per annum (pro-rata)About Us:We are an established and successful charity providing hospice care for children with life limiting conditions and their families in the South West of England. We aim to recruit passionate, friendly and enthusiastic staff who are motivated to really makea difference to the lives of the children and families who visit us.Join our team for a rewarding career move where 98% of staff agree that they are proud to work for CHSW.What you will be doing:You will assist in providing efficient administration support to contribute to the smooth running of our growing network of charity retail stores. Duties will cover a varied range of general office administration tasks, alongside maintaining the CHSW EPOSsystem, Gift Aid and loyalty card administration.The Successful Candidate:You will have experience of working to a high standard in an administrative role. You will be able to remain highly organised whilst managing competing demands and have strong interpersonal skills. You should be comfortable using IT packages including Word,Excel and Outlook and ideally have experience of using databases. Experience of working within a retail administration environment desirable but not essential.What we offer:
