JOB TITLE: Process Team Leader (Continental Shifts) LOCATION: TivertonSALARY: Circa £24,000 - £28,000 including shift allowance HOURS: Continental Shifts (Monday - Sunday)We are working with a well-established and UK leading FMCG company based in Tiverton, who are seeking a computer literate and self-motivated Process Team Leader to join their down to earth and friendly team of 16! The successful Process Team Leader will report into the Process Shift Manager and your key role will be to ensure the smooth operation of the sites Fermentation area process, including helping unload Tankers, fermentation make up, daily record keeping, maintaining high standards of hygiene and housekeeping and keeping product loss to a minimum. The main duties for this role include:* Supervising and maintaining production records and monitoring loss * Ensuring adequate product is filtered, blended to meet production requirements* Ensuring the packaging schedule is met whilst conforming to all product specifications* Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and housekeeping* Keeping product losses to a minimum* Ensuring equipment is maintained * Ensuring Health and Safety requirements are adhered to along with ensuring operations are compliant * Ensuring standard operation procedures are up to date You will be working both inside and outside, on varied equipment and with some hazardous chemicals. You will also be required to lift items up to 25KG along with bending and reaching therefore you must be physically fit. Training, clothing and protective equipment will be provided by our client.
