Process Team Leader - Days - Tiverton - £24k My client, a successful FMCG manufacturing company based near Taunton in Tiverton, is looking to recruit a Day based Process Team Leader . The successful Process Team Leader will report into the Process Shift Manager and your key role will be to ensure the smooth operation of the sites Fermentation area process, including helping unload Tankers, fermentation make up, daily record keeping, maintaining high standards of hygiene and housekeeping and keeping product loss to a minimum Key duties will include: ·Supervise and maintain production records monitoring losses, ensuring product is filtered and blended to meet production requirements. ·Ensuring the packaging schedule is met whilst conforming to all product specifications ·Ensuring equipment is maintained ·At times lifting up to £25kg The successful Process Team Leader will ideally have: ·Process Team leading experience ·Process experience gained from the food, drink, pharmaceutical sector ·Have good communication and computer skills ·Be physically able to work indoor and outdoor sometimes in wet, hot, cold environment. The role is paying a salary of £24k plus benefits. The working hours are Monday - Friday 8am-4.00pm. The role may also suit a Process Operative looking for the next move up or a process supervisor / process manager
