Job Description

Green Orchard Recruitment are partnering with a market-leading Mid Devon based business, who specialise in supporting the leading housebuilders and developers in the UK to deliver high quality sustainability advice, assessments, and on-site testing services.Having experienced record growth during 2022, our client is continuing to grow and are therefore recruiting a self-motivated LCA Consultant to deliver LCA assessments and consultancy in relation to the London Plan, BREEAM etc for both domestic and non-domesticbuildings.This is a remote position, however if you would prefer to be office based, our client is based in Tiverton (Mid-Devon). A full driving licence is preferable as site visits may be required.Role:

  • c.£27,000 - £30,000 per annum (36.25 hours a week)

Key responsibilities of the role
  • Producing Whole Life-Cycle Carbon Assessments using One Click LCA software
  • Communicating with Developers and other members of the Design Team
  • High quality and professional delivery of the LCA service
About you
  • Have experience of using the One Click LCA software
  • Be computer literate and have a good level of general education, particularly in Maths, Science and English
  • Have an ability to visualise in 3D and interpret technical drawings
  • Be able to self-manage a busy and time-critical schedule of work
  • Have prior experience in a client-facing situation
  • Have excellent communication skills - verbal and written
  • Have a full, valid driving licence
  • Experience of carrying out dynamic simulation using IES VE software would be an advantage
