Customer Service Co-ordinator - TivertonAcorn is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Customer Service Co-ordinator to join their clients team in Tiverton.In this role, you will be responsible for liaising with clients and Field Sales teams, to generate quotations for customers, respond to customer queries and complaints, process orders and provide product advice. You will also help to coordinate customer meetingsand trade showsIdeal candidates for this role will need to possess the following skills and qualities:* Proven customer service experience, including customer satisfaction and complaint handling.* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written* Great problem-solving skills and the ability to think on their feet* Ability to work co-operatively with other departments* Good IT skills* A proactive approach to customer service* A flexible and collaborative attitude* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* A willingness to attend customer meetings and trade shows.* A confident and friendly telephone manner* Attention to detail* High level of accuracy and reliabilityThis is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.
