Job Description

Our client are a large ,privately owned and family run, national business, operating from a northern uk base and a southern head office.The role of Office Administrator will be based in Sheffield. S9Part time hours of 24 , or Full time hours of 39 considered for this role.Pay : £9.25 PHThe successful candidate will play an important role in the commercial office function of the business.Therefore, previous experience in an office environment is essential for this post.Daily Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Telephone and Email Correspondence relating to sales and hire of products
  • Order processing
  • invoicing
  • delivery notes
  • General Administration-This position is available immediately on a temporary basis to cover 9 month maternity leave, subject to successful interview.
