Job Description

Technical Training and Software Support Analyst- Exciting SaaS BusinessEstablished for over 20 years, we are a pioneering and exciting developer of software platform design. We offer market leading solutions predominantly to the public and health sectors, delivering a suite of solutions and services. Based from beautiful modernoffices in a North Beds village, our working practices are just as modern offering the opportunity for both remote and office working.We now have an opportunity for a Technical Training and Software Support Analst to join our team and become the link between our customer base and our product portfolio providing our clients with both product support and training. The Training and SoftwareSupport Analyst will be provided with unparalleled user understanding of our SaaS solutions so that they are equipped to deliver customer training using a consultative approach. The position will also involve building website content using WordPress, co ordinatingproduct updates for marketing campaigns, controlling the roll out of new product releases and features to clients and participating in discussions with the product team around feature ideas and product improvements, reporting customer feedback and suggestions.An incredible role for an individual with Technical Support or Software Training experience, we welcome applications from candidates with the following attributes:

  • Excellent customer facing skills and previous experience supporting customers in a technical capacity
  • Software training experience would be advantageous but is not essential as training can be provided to a technically focussed individual with excellent gravitas and customer skills
  • Prior experience in a Technical or SaaS environment would be advantageous but is not essential
  • Must be able to thrive in a highly process driven environment
