About the opportunity:We are working as the internal recruitment partner for our client, a successful organisation specialising in the research and manufacturing of diagnostic solutions.We are presenting an exciting opportunity for a highly meticulous Quality Assurance Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team in Bedford.The successful Quality Assurance Administrator will play a pivotal role in supporting the development of their Quality Management System, ensuring full compliance with all applicable standards related to the companys products and services.This is a varied role which will see you supporting in the investigation of non-compliances, reviewing standard operating procedures, and involvement in the ongoing preparation for internal and external audits.A sharp eye for detail is imperative within this role to ensure the accurate control of all documents and records.The ideal candidate will demonstrate a keen willingness to learn. You will have strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to confidently communicate with peers.This is a rare and fantastic opportunity to kick start your career in Quality, with full training provided!RequirementsWho we are looking for:The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Previous experience within a Quality Assurance role would advantageous, but not essential.
  • Willingness to learn with a keen interest to progress within Quality Assurance.
  • Exceptional communication skills the ability to communicate openly with colleagues and work in a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment.
  • Meticulous with excellent attention to detail.
  • Customer focus and commercial awareness.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office including Excel.
  • Takes pride in their work and adopts a positive attitude to work.
  • Hold a driving licence with access to a vehicle due to the remote location of the office.
