Job Description

Trunking Specialists - Car TransporterJob summary:Shifts: 4 on, 4 off - NightsHours: Nights - 6pm - 6amIgloo are recruiting for car transporter drivers to join Cazoos fast-growing team in Thurleigh helping to transform the way people buy used cars and making buying a car no different to buying any other product online today.Trunking Specialists (Car Transporter Drivers) play a key role in ensuring our customers cars are available for home delivery, delivered to the right location, at the right time and to the right standards.The Role:

  • Delivering cars on Cazoos enclosed 6 car, enclosed, Multi-Car Transporters from their preparation centre to their customer collection centres.
  • Ensuring every car delivered to Cazoos customer collection centres is to the high standards set every time.
  • Maintain the high standards of the vehicle and driving hours compliance.
What kind of person we are looking for:
  • You must hold a CE driving licence (essential) - with a maximum of 6 points for minor offences and no disqualifications in the past 10 years.
  • Be a confident to drive cars in a trailer at height.
  • You must be able to demonstrate your knowledge about transport legislation and tachographs.
  • You need to have previous experience of loading and unloading cars on a multi-car transporter.
  • Great communication skills and a passion for meeting the highest standards set.
  • Hold a valid CPC, driver qualification card and tachograph card.
  • You must always work efficiently but to a high standard to meet customer expectations.
