Supervising Social Worker Join this organisation’s team in Thornaby as a Supervising Social Worker where you will work with an experienced team in a culture where children are respected, listened to, and involved in as many decisions as possible.As the Supervising Social Worker your day will be varied. You can follow a flexible structure whilst supporting their foster carers, holding realistic caseloads, and providing a high level of supervision, monitoring, and intervention. You will work withina Trauma-informed practice model where they can support and follow a therapeutic practice.Working as the Supervising Social Worker you will have the opportunity to complete Form F Assessments, be part of their Children & Young people’s participation and strategy events and be part of their out-of-hours service, where you will support their fostercarers on a rota basis.Their leadership team will invest in your progression as a professional in the childcare sector.
