Job Description

Juice is delighted to be working in partnership with a leading company in North Bristol, with the appointment of a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team on 12 month contract.We are looking for a customer-focused individual with office experience, who are confident providing a excellent levels of customer service. The role is office based, working Monday to Friday.DAY TO DAY:

  • Answering inbound calls regarding queries, orders and deliveries.
  • Accurately updating the CRM system and completing any outstanding tasks.
  • Raising tickets and prioritising urgent tasks.
  • Consistently working towards KPIs to deliver quality customer service.
  • Regularly liaising with internal teams to ensure the smooth customer journey.
WE WOULD LIKE TO SEE:
  • You must have at least 1 year’s telephone-based experience.
  • Previous call centre experience would be highly desirable.
  • Resilience, adaptability and a team player attitude.
  • Excellent computer proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
