Job Description

Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a leading retail provider, with the appointment of a Customer Service Advisor. This well-established brand has been around for 160 years, working within both domestic and international markets.Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling complaints and understanding customer needs
  • Using product knowledge to advise customers.
  • Managing queries via email, webchat, telephone etc.
  • Processing and assisting with customer orders.
  • Ensuring you are upselling where possible.
The ideal candidate will have proven customer service experience.
