Job Description

Red is excited to be recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join one of the largest and best-known workwear companies established in the 1850s. This position is located in Thornbury and contains many benefits including a salary progression scheme and earlyfinishes on Fridays.Benefits and Package for a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Salary: £21,590 per annum
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, hours between 8am - 5.30pm
  • Contract: 37.5 hours per week, permanent
  • Location: Thornbury
  • 2pm finish on Fridays (1 in 4 Fridays will be a full shift)
  • Defined salary increase when KPIs are met and clear progression scheme

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:
  • Using omnichannel such as webchat, voice calls and emails, respond to inbound calls
  • Responding proactively to achieve first contact resolution of all enquiries
  • Understanding the wider company sale strategy to recognise sales leads
  • Using product knowledge to identify and support the right uniform solution for the customer
  • Establishing and building effective working relationships with both internal and external customers
Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are required
  • Computer literate with confident systems knowledge including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and CRM systems
  • Attention to detail and accurate data entry is required
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Strong organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks well
