Job Description

Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a leading retail provider, with the appointment of a Customer Service Advisor to join their expanding team. This well-established brand has been around for 160 years, working within both domesticand international markets.You will be supporting the multimedia customer service department and reporting into the Team Leader, ensuring of an outstanding customer experience and maximising revenue at every opportunity.Key responsibilities include:

Handling customer queries and complaints, ensuring ofthe best customer satisfaction
Understanding customer needs and using product knowledge when advising customers
Managing customer queries via email, webchat, telephone etc
Processing and assisting with customer orders
Building long lasting relationships with internal and external customers
Ensuring you are upselling where possible

The ideal candidate will have proven customer service experience. You will have the ability to build a natural rapport and match the company ethos in putting the customer first. This will be a fast-paced environment so you must be able to work well underpressure.Benefits:

Their offices are located in north Bristol, with free-onsite parking.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, rotating between 8:00-18:00 shift patterns.
Salary £21,089.25 per annum.
