Job Description

Our Client are an Essex based Mortgage and Protection brokerage. As a business, they specialise in providing expert advice on all types of mortgages including: Buy To Let, First Time Buyers, Specialist, Commercial and Residential Mortgages.Due to the rapid growth of their business in recent times, they are looking for an experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser to join their team in their Theydon Bois based office. Duties for this role include:

Be responsible for every aspect of the mortgage process - you will search the market to find the most suitable mortgage products, conduct professional client fact finds and assess the clients financial, mortgage and protection needs

Building strong, long lasting relationships with clients and introducer

Attain the highest standards of regulatory compliance

To answer queries and questions from clients and work colleagues as they arise

In return, they are offering a fantastic lead source from various introducers, excellent administration support and the ability to earn very well. This role is a self employed role opportunity with excellent starting support available and a high commission percentage.
