We have an exciting fixed-term contract opportunity available within the SHL UK&I Project Management team working to support clients through the design, delivery and implementation of tailored talent assessment solutions.Main Purpose and Scope of the JobAs our newly appointed project manager you will manage multiple projects of medium to large scale through all phases of the project to support the implementation of client solutions. You will determine and put plans in place to overcome obstacles that may interfere with the ability of the teams to deliver assigned goals as well as promoting a collaborative team environment.You will lead and direct the project team to remain on schedule and on budget and coordinate and communicate cross-team, cross-project and cross-programme dependencies and risksYou will represent SHL with client project sponsors and stakeholders, working with the client teams to define the project scope, deliverables and resources required to deliver to budget and client timelines and expectations. You will led and manage the project scope and and build effective working business relationships with internal stakeholders and team members. Function as a liaison between the business, the client and any third party supplier, working through challenges and issues as they arise.Essential Skills:· Experience managing strategic projects, preferably with client facing responsibility· Familiarity with project management tools· Must be proficient in managing projects of all sizes, including the ability to define project scope, develop schedules, create project plans, manage resource allocation, communicate status and manage projects from initiation to closure· Ability to manage multiple projects whilst working under time constraints and rapidly changing priorities· Must be able to deliver high quality projects on time and within budget, upholding meticulous attention to detail even under pressurised situations· Must be comfortable working with business professionals, IT staff, and customers at all levels within the organisation· Must be highly energetic, self-directed and self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and easily adapt to change· Must have excellent communication, leadership, problem solving and analytical skills· Must have excellent organisation, planning and time management abilitiesDesirable Skills:· Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business or related field· Current PMP certification is preferred· Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar systemsExperience:· Working in a fast paced team-oriented environment· Experience in a professional environmentWhat SHL Can Offer You:•
